1. All lessons, token packages, event entries and other booked activities (referred to collectively throughout this policy as Riding Purchases) must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed by management.
2. Subject always to relevant statute, all Riding Purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. All credits or tokens must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Expired credits or tokens will not be refunded or extended unless required by law.
4. Where booked lessons are cancelled with 48 hours’ notice or more, a token of the relevant lesson type will be credited to the client’s account for future use.
5. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed lessons, or no-shows will result in the lesson or token being forfeited.
6. Course bookings, event entries and other books activities are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Management may exercise discretion where circumstances dictate.
7. Tokens / credits issued for eligible cancellations are not redeemable for cash.
8. Rider and horse safety is our priority. Lessons may be modified, delayed, rescheduled, or moved to alternative activities depending on weather and ground conditions.
9. Westacres reserves the right to change or substitute horses, instructors, lesson formats, schedules, or activities at any time due to circumstances including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Horse welfare or availability
Instructor illness or emergency
Safety concerns
Operational requirements
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Such changes do not qualify for credits or refunds.
10. Where Riding Purchases are cancelled by Westacres due to unsafe conditions or operational reasons, a token will be applied to the client’s account.
By making Riding Purchases, clients agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
