We have a range of large airy stables, both outdoor and barn based to meet your horse's needs.
Turnout

We offer turnout 24/7 through the summer months (April to October) and with either a day or night herd through the winter
Arena
Our 20x40m Peart and fibre floodlit area is available to liveries free of charge.
Round pen

Our 30m round pen is also fantastic for lunging and groundwork.

We have fabulous hacking available with limited road work. Routes include Watergate Park, the Derwent Walk, Bowes and Tanfield Railway Paths, Beamish and much more.

Our solarium with hot and cold washing facilities are also available to all liveries. We also have a secondary outdoor cold wash station.
Café, kitchen and tea room
With the café open for events, the kitchen is also available to liveries for cups of tea. You can enjoy our outdoor seating area in the summer, or warm up in the tea room in the winter next to our log burner.
Clinics and tuition
With BHS instructors on site and regular clinics, there is always something on offer from a tuition perspective.

We manage a worming programme for all liveries (cost of worm count and wormer - if needed - to be covered by liveries) and have in place strict biosecurity measures for your horse's safety.
